5. Special category and criminal data

We may process limited health information or criminal conviction data when it is necessary to provide insurance or mortgage advice.
We do this under Article 9(2)(g) UK GDPR and Schedule 1 DPA 2018—for the purpose of arranging or administering insurance contracts, and for the establishment or defence of legal claims.


6. Marketing and consent

We may contact you about products or services we believe may interest you, but only where we have your consent or a legitimate business reason.
You can withdraw consent or change your preferences at any time by:

Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
